TOC Alumni Street Feeding

It is always good to help those in need; be it making them happy, feeding them, making their lives easier or even giving them what they need. It does not matter how much you can give them, but how much you can do about it. As the saying goes, “A little help goes a long way”.

This time around, TOC Alumni group initiated a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) called “TOC Alumni Street Feeding”. The main purpose is to provide food, drinks and clothings to those living on the streets. Many homeless find it difficult to access their daily needs such as food, drinks and clothings. Therefore, it is vital to do what we (citizens) can do for them.

With the alumni, staff and those who volunteered to help feed, the event was a successful one. That being said, even the CEO, Ms.Adelaine Foo of TOC College joined in!

The first street feeding took place in the heart of Kuala Lumpur on 23rd August 2019 during the night. Here are some pictures!

Following up with the success of the first event, the second street feeding 2.0 took place on 27th September 2019.

As an education institution, we are very proud of the committee that made this happen. Providing education is not the only thing we do; but to nurture students and make them a better person, which in return, contributes greatly towards the nation and society.
