FINANCE EXECUTIVE

• Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• At least minimum of 1 years working experience.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be sensitive to numbers and have a sense of urgency in carrying out the work.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem solving skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Liaise with students, parents or any other related parties to collect and follow up on collections.
• Minimize defaults and debts for all collections.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of credit control procedures, etc.
• Good command of English spoken and written is an advantage.

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level, Certificate or Diploma.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication and listening skills.
• Candidate must be passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines.
• Answer all lead and client questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current prospects.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, networking and social media.
• Build up teamwork among team members and assist executives to achieve goals given by the Manager.
• Maintain positive business and client relationships in the effort to extend client lifetime value.
• Track all appointments, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.

INTERN SALES AND MARKETING

• Requirements
• Candidates must have an office admin, sales/marketing, or similar background.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Responsible for data entry and filing.
• Handle tasks assigned by the International Officer and Head of Department.
• Support the administrative functions in daily operations.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

INTERN MARKETING CUM CONTENT CREATOR (TIKTOK)

• Requirements
• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for Tiktok content that align with brand values and target audience preferences.
• Create engaging and trending short video content for Tiktok, including product info, challenges, tutorials and trending.
• Film, edit, and publish engaging Tiktok videos using trending audio, effects and formats.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure content meets brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Confidently appear on camera as the face of the brand for specific videos, challenges, or campaigns.
• Fluent in speaking, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively and connect with the audience.

INTERN HUMAN RESOURCE

• Requirements
• Candidate must be in Human Resource Management or any equivalent field.
• Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Proficient in Microsoft.
• To assist in managing the Human Resource (HR) functions by rendering the best support to the department and ensuring the HR operation is running smoothly.
• Calling, arranging and emailing for invitation to the suitable candidates to come for interview.
• Assist in preparing and issuance Letter of Employment or Contract, Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer and any Letter pertaining to HR correspondence.
• Handling of New Recruitment (Staff) and preparing all needful Documents & Material needed on the 1st day of work.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English, spoken and written.
