WAN KAMARUL ZAMAN WAN YAACOB
Chairman of the Board
Wan Kamarul Zaman, is an Advocate and Solicitor practicing in the legal firm of Messrs Abu Talib Shahrom based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He holds a LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of London and CLP (Malaya) as well as an M.Sc (A.Econs) and B.Sc. Degree from Louisiana State University, USA.
Prior joining Messrs Abu Talib Shahrom, he was a banker (1982 – 2006) attached to several financial institutions in Malaysia. During his tenure in the Malaysian financial sector, he has been involved in almost all aspects of banking activities viz corporate finance and advisory, corporate banking and loan syndication, origination and placement of private debt securities (both Islamic and conventional), treasury and money market dealings as well as loan recover and debt restructuring. His last position in the banking sector (2006) was Acting CEO of Affin Discount Bhd. He has also acted as an advisor for several public listed companies and private entities undertaking privatization and corporate finance exercises, namely, stock exchange listing, mergers and acquisition, divestment as well as international fund raising through debt and equities placement as well as loan syndication. He also sit on the Board of several companies, both listed and unlisted.
He is also licensed by Securities Commission, Malaysia under the Capital Market Services Act 2007, which enable him to advise on Corporate Finance matter such as fund raising, mergers and acquisition, corporate/ debt restructuring as well as on matter relating to bonds and sukuk issuance.

As the CEO of TOC Automotive College, Adelaine LK Foo is a visionary with the drive and passion befitting an educator. She is well known as one of the earliest pioneers of Automotive & Motorsports education in Malaysia.
Passionate about education from the very start, Adelaine has always envisioned herself in the education industry. Graduating from the University of California, LA with a Bachelor and Masters in Arts, no one would have foreseen her future in automotive education.
Adelaine has always been an advocate for the voiceless and people who loves cars. However, an education specialising in cars has always been looked down upon. Adelaine fought for the rights of these people with the belief that everyone deserves the proper education that they want to pursue. Thus, the idea for TOC Automotive College began.
Inspired by the limitless career opportunities in the Automotive industry, and a will to establish recognition for automotive technicians, she founded The Otomotif College in 2004. Since then, Adelaine has propelled the college to a host of awards and recognitions including 5-star training provider of Malaysian Skills Certificates and Premier Status by Accreditation Service of International College (ASIC).
Today, with Adelaine at the helm, TOC Automotive College has celebrated more than 10 years of excellence, with an alumni of more than 2000 students who are now working for top automotive brands all over the world.

Executive Director of TOC
With an attitude for success, Dato Iqmal Shafiq strives for the best to attain his goals. A philanthropist at heart, he is primarily looking toward raising funds for the TOC Bina Bakat programme to support students’ wellbeing. The programme aims to offer apprenticeship and loan repayment plan for students who wants to pursue their education and a career in the automotive industry. He aims to place students at reliable companies to further develop their learning experience upon graduation.
Dato’ Iqmal Shafiq begins his career since 2001. He started off by securing sole Bumiputera franchise holder status and ensuring smooth collaboration with renowned automotive corporations such as; Honda Malaysia, Suzuki Malaysia and Chevrolet Malaysia. His resourcefulness and entrepreneurial spirit eventually led him to become the Assistant General Manager in one of the renowned automotive company. With his strong work ethics and experiences, it gave him the capability to adapt to changes and challenges along the way.
In the year of 2016, Dato’ Iqmal Shafiq was elected as the Business Development Manager for IDM Auto Garages Limited UK where he was tasked with identifying potential clients in Malaysia, selecting reliable car dealers in the United Kingdom, arranging of shipments and exported vehicles, as well as sourcing and attending auctions. Graduating from University of West England with (LLB Hons) in 2008, having him on board as a Director, the team sees a positive outcome towards the education system and organization.
